MemePad is a website for launching and trading meme coins on Robinhood Chain. Every coin trades on a price curve run by a smart contract: each buy raises the price and each sell lowers it.

MemePad is an independent project built on Robinhood Chain. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Robinhood.

MemePad currently runs on Robinhood Chain. Launches and trades use real ETH. The launch contract is public: 0x08965Af57282588ea4b0f80c578DdA24D13cAe92.

• Meme coins are extremely volatile. A coin's price can fall to zero, and you can lose everything you put in.
• MemePad's smart contracts have not been audited. They are tested, but they may contain bugs. They can't be changed or paused once deployed, and nobody (including MemePad) can reverse a transaction.
• Anyone can launch a coin. A coin's name or image says nothing about its value or who is behind it.
• Blockchain transactions are final. Check every transaction in your wallet before you confirm it.
• MemePad never asks for your recovery phrase or private key. Anyone who does is trying to steal from you.

Launching a coin is free apart from the network fee. Every buy and sell pays a 1% trading fee: half goes to the coin's creator and half to MemePad. Creators get no free coins; they can buy first, at the same price as anyone.

• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including whether you may launch or trade tokens where you live.
• Only upload images you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, or that harasses or impersonates someone.
• You are responsible for your wallet and everything you sign with it.

MemePad can hide any coin from this website, for example if its image breaks these rules or someone's rights. Coins exist on the blockchain, so hiding a coin on MemePad doesn't delete it from the chain.

MemePad is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, MemePad isn't liable for losses from using it, including losses caused by bugs, price movements, network problems or other users.
